10 ways to get involved

1. Pray

On your own or in a small group or prayer group, lift up the needs of the Lifeworks’ youth, leaders, and staff. 

2. Drive

The boys have needs to get to appointments, work, and volunteer activities. With your family, small group, or just by yourself, be willing to give them a ride and speak life and Christ into their hearts.

3. Teach

Life skills are critically necessary for success. Do you have some? Offer to teach a youth a skill that you may already have. This can be a great way to build a relationship through teaching.

4. Coordinate

Are you gifted organizationally? Does the thought of scheduling things (people, activities, etc.) make your heart skip a beat with excitement? If you would like to help us coordinate volunteers and small groups out at LifeWorks, please contact us for more information.

5. Volunteer 

There is always something that needs to be done out at the Lifeworks property and transitional home. Many hands make light work and there are opportunities for small groups or families to serve together. For serving opportunities contact andy@lakeshorelifeworks.org

6. Speak Up

Do you know people? Do they know people? Help us spread the word about Lifeworks, what we do, who we serve, and how to get involved.

7. Donate

If God is calling you to partner with us at Lakeshore Lifeworks so that we may continue our mission of providing a safe place to show youth the love of Christ, here are a few ways to do so. Become a monthly supporter, support a youth, support an event for youth, or provide gift cards. Feel free to contact us for more opportunities. 

8. Life coach

Do you have the time, energy, and spiritual maturity to speak into the lives of our youth? With training, compassion, and consistency, allow yourself to be the voice of truth into a youth's current situation and into their future.

9. Join the team

Prayer coordinator, goals coordinator, volunteer coordinator etc.
